At the helm, a dragon's head and neck, wearing a collar, protrude from a battlement. At the center of the shield is a smaller shield that is divided into quadrants, with two repeating designs: one, a cross, and the other with three roundlets and a lion above three waved lines. Beneath the image is the motto Nil Conscire Sibi.
